As-Salamu ‘Alaikum
This short post listing out Imam Abu Hanifa’s* major students and their students will establish beyond a shadow of doubt that not only is Imam Al-A’azdham Abu Hanifa a muhaddith himself, he is in fact the great-great-great-great-grand shaykh of other muhadditheen in the generations that followed him.
It will abundantly refute the false claims and pathetic lies by the enemies of Ahlus Sunnah, the khawarij wahabis, that Abu Hanifa was “weak” in hadith. It will illuminate the minds of those Muslims who do not know any better or are not properly aware of how to refute or respond to such animosity towards the chieftain of the fuqahaa AND MUHADDITHEEN of the Ahlus Sunnah, our master Imam Abu Hanifa, ‘alaihir rahmah.
All Sunnis are welcome to use the information contained below to refute the jahil wahabis on internet forums and other online venues. In sha Allah, in due time, more will be presented on the noble imam to completely destroy the fallacies of the jahil khawarij wahabis.
When you are done, please do read the Fatihah for our master Imam Abu Hanifah, ‘alaihir rahmah. Please note that unless a direct quote is given, the tone of the post is paraphrased from books of other scholars of jarh and ta’deel with only some brief and logical common sense conclusions. I have tried my best to keep it as brief and digestible as possible. Without further ado…
* it should really be Abu Haniifah, but ‘Hanifa’ is an acceptable spelling in English.
————————————————————————————————————————–
Ibn Jarir At-Tabari counted him amongst HUFFADZH of hadith, scholars of fiqh, chief judge, and more.
Al-Dhahabi counted him amongst the HUFFAZDH of hadith.
Yahya bin Mu’een – An AUTHORITY of JARH & TA’DEEL called him as the possessor of hadith and the possessor of Sunnah.
Ahmad ibn Hanbal said that when these 3 are unified on a matter, they can’t be opposed. When asked who those 3 are. He said: Abu Hanifa, Abu Yusuf, and Muhammad ibn Hasan. Imam Abu Hanifa possesses magnanimous insight in qiyas; Imam Abu Yusuf always keeps an eye on the textual proofs and Imam Muhammad ibn Hasan maintains expertise on the Arabic language more than all other people.
The teachers of Imams Bukhari, Imam Muslim & Imam Abu Dawood – Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal, and Imam Yahya bin Mu’een – are students of Imam Abu Yusuf (making them grand-students of Abu Hanifa, and Imams Bukhari, Muslim and Abu Dawood as great-grand-students of Abu Hanifa)
Another teacher of Imam Bukhari, Shaykh Ali bin Al-Madeeni, is also a student of Imam Abu Yusuf and a grand-student of Abu Hanifa. He is one of the grandest huffazdh of hadith sciences.
A master of Arabic and Quranic sciences.
His students include Imams Ash-Shafi’iy, Abu Hafs Al-Kabeer, Khalaf bin Ayyub, and many more.
Imam Shafi’iy said about him: “The greatest favor upon me in the science of fiqh is that of Imam Muhammad”
“I haven’t found someone more eloquent than him. When he used to talk, it used to feel like the Quran was revealed in his language.”
“I haven’t seen a greater scholar of the Quran than Imam Muhammad.”
Ibrahim Harbi says that once he asked Ahmad Ibn Hanbal “From where do you explain such subtle/delicate matters?” and he (Ahmad ibn Hanbal) replied, “This is all the benefit of Imam Muhammad’s books.”
Imam of jarh and ta’deel Yahya bin Mu’een – has called him “thiqah mamoon” (trustworthy and reliable).
Whenever Abu Hanifa used to visit Madinah, Imam Malik used to make sure he visits him and gains benefit. His Muwatta too wa inspired by Abu Hanifa’s writings. He used to OFTEN narrate Abu Hanifa’s opinions and was always on the lookout for them.
Ishaq ibn Muhammad says that in religious queries, Imam Malik used to count Imam Abu Hanifa’s opinions as reliable.
He had a great respect and reverence for Abu Hanifa. Like Abu Hanifa, he too held the position that the practice of rafa’ yadayn other than the opening takbeer is abrogated from the Sunnah.
Muhammad bin Isma’eel says that one time Abu Hanifa and Malik were catching each other’s hand and walking towards the mosque, at the door of the mosque, Imam Malik insisted Abu Hanifa enter first.
Another time, in the Prophet’s mosque in Madinah, Abu Hanifa and Malik were having a discussion on matters of knowledge. Whenever Abu Hanifa spoke, Malik was silent and listened with full reverence and attention without making any objections. Likewise, whenever Malik spoke, Abu Hanifa listened silently. This continued until Fajr.
Imam Shafi’iy says that if Imams Malik and Ibn ‘Uyaynah were not there, the knowledge of the Hijazis would have perished!
Lot of people are mistaken and think that Imam Malik was Abu Hanifa’s teacher and not student, but this is wrong. Malik has narrated on the authority of Abu Hanifa, but not vice versa. Imam Ibn Hajr Ash-Shafi’iy speaks on this topic and says that it is not proven that Abu Hanifa narrates on the authority of Malik but rather the opposite is the case; and whatever Dar Qutniy says is reported by Abu Hanifa quoting Malik is only in a discussion setting and not formalized and official reportage of hadith (with all the accompanying conditions and scrupulousness of reporting ahadith).
His case is very unique. At first he objected to Abu Hanifa, was envious of him, and even backbited about him. Then one time after meeting Imam Abu HAnifa, he saw his piety and knowledge and was immensely remorseful and became his student.
He was another great scholar of hadith.
Imam Sufyan Ath-Thawriy says that whenever he and his companions disagreed on a hadith matter, they would always approach Mis’ar ibn Kidaam. They used to call him the “mizan” (balance / scale) of hadith sciences.
One of the most famous students of Imam Abu Hanifa.
Imam Nawawi said about him: “The imam upon whose imamate and mightiness, a consensus can be arrived on every matter. The one whose mentioning invites the mercy of Allah, and forgiveness (maghfirah) can be hoped for by love of him.”
Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal says that, in the time of ‘Abdullah ibn Mubarak, NO ONE struggled so much to obtain ahadiith as he did.
SAHEEH BUKHARI & MUSLIM – narrate HUNDREDS of ahadith on his authority!
Imam Yahya bin Mu’een, an authority of jarh and ta’deel says, “I never saw someone describe the qualities of Abu Hanifa the same way ibn Mubarak used to describe his qualities, and he always remembered him in good terms.”
Another special student of Abu Hanfia.
Imam Adh-Dhahabi adorns him with such titles as: “The Imam, The Hafizdh, The Certified Muhaddith of Iraq, The First Imam of the sciences, Wakee’ ibn Al-Jarrah”
One of his most elite and beloved students – Ahmad ibn Hanbal.
Imam Yahya bin Mu’een says that he (Wakee’) used to issue fatwas based on the opinions of Imam Abu Hanifa.
A major muhaddith in the mujtahid scholarly council of Abu Hanifa’s mujtahid students (Abu Hanifa set up a council of his mujtahid scholar students for resolving matters of religious queries)
‘Allama Adh-Dhahabi says about him that the muhaddith who first started the practice of writing about the science of knowing the rijaal (men who report) in the science of ahadith is Imam Yahya bin Sa’eed.
Then AFTER HIM, his STUDENTS, Yahya bin Mu’een, ‘Ali bin Al-Madeeni, and Ahmad ibn Hanbal discussed on it (and developed the science further).
And AFTER THEM (Ahmad bin Hanbal et al), THEIR STUDENTS, people like Imam Bukhari, Imam Muslim and others worked on this science and took it further! Which makes Imam Abu Hanifa the great-grand-shaykh of people like Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim in the science of hadith!
Ahmad ibn Hanbal has a famous saying: “I haven’t seen someone better than Yahya bin Sa’eed by my eyes!”
Adh-Dhahabi says that Yahya bin Sa’eed used to issue fatwas on Abu Hanifa’s rulings.
Yahya bin Mu’een says that Yahya bin Sa’eed once said, “We don’t lie to Allah. We haven’t heard better than the ijtihad of Abu Hanifa and we have adopted most of his rulings.”
He was a great hafith of hadeeth and is often called Imam Al-Muhadditheen (The Imam of the Muhaddiths) because he is the TEACHER of Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Ali bin Al-Madeeni, Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah, Yahya bin Mu’een and Qutaybah.
Ali bin Al-Madeeni – the TEACHER on Imam Bukhari used to say about him – “In the times of Yahya, knowledge ended at Yahya.” (Mizan Al-I’itidal)
And Imam Bukhari says about Ali bin Al-Madeeni – “I never felt myself belittled in front of anyone other than Ali bin Al-Madeeni” (Tadhkirat Al-Huffath)
He is such a special student of Abu Hanifa (which mujtahid isn’t?) that Imam Adh-Dhahabi Ash-Shafi’iy called him “The Certified Hafith” (of hadith),” the Esteemed Faqeeh” and “sahibi Abu Hanifa” (meaning the one who possess Abu Hanifa’s methodology)
Another great hafizdh of hadith.
His students include great hadith masters like Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Yahya bin Mu’een, Ali bin Al-Madeeni, and others.
Ali bin Al-Madeeni, a famous teacher of Imam Bukhari says – “I haven’t seen a greater memorizer of hadith than Yazeed bin Haroon.”
Another teacher of Imam Bukhari, Imam Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah says regarding Yazeed bin Haroon – “We haven’t seen someone more perfect than Yazeed bin Haroon in the memorization of hadith.”
Yazeed bin Haroon is the teacher of ALL of the compilers of the Sihaah Sittah (The 6 compilations of sahih ahadith, which are considered the first 6 text books of hadith sciences in our times due to their sophisticated compilation methodology) – SPECIALLY of Imam Bukhari.
Note how he praises Imam Abu Hanifa.
Once Yazeed bin Haroon was giving a lecture. A man in the crowd got up and said “Narrate hadith to us. Don’t talk to us about other people.” Yazeed bin Haroon tells him, “O fool! This is the tafsir (exegesis) of the hadith of the Benevolent Prophet ﷺ, it seems as though your objective is to just listen to hadith and build a [material] collection. Had you wanted knowledge, you would have investigated on the exegesis and meaning of hadith, and you would have seen Imam Abu Hanfia’s books and sayings, which do the tafsir (exegesis) of the hadith for you.” Then he shouted at him, and kicked him out of the hall!
Another magnificent muhaddith and faqeeh.
Adh-Dhahabi calls him what can be translated to mean ‘The First Noble Master of the Trustworthy (narrators)’. He has reported ahadith on the authority of Abu Hanifa.
GREAT scholars of hadith like Yahya bin Mu’een, Ahmad in Hanbal, Sufyan bin Al-‘Uyayna, Ali bin Al-Madeeni, sat reverently in his gatherings and learnt at his hands.
He was so famous in the science of hadith that people used to travel from far and wide to attend his gatherings. According to some scholars, there was no one after the Prophet ﷺ, whom people traveled to see from so far and wide, like ‘Abdur-Razzaq.
Bukhari and Muslim contain numerous narrations on his authority.
The compilation Musannaf ‘Abdur-Razzaq is his own compilation. Adh-Dhahabi calls this book a ‘TREASURE OF KNOWLEDGE’. Imam Bukhari too admits to taking benefit out of this book.
Someone asked Ahmad ibn Hanbal regarding ‘Abdur-Razzaq if he found someone better than him in the science of hadith. Ahmad bin Hanbal replied, “No”.
Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim narrate many ahadith on his authority. He has also narrated ahadith on the authority of Imam Abu Hanifa.
Adh-Dhahabi says that all scholars are unanimous in declaring Abu ‘Aasim as thiqah (trustworthy) in the science of classifying narrators.
One time, someone asked him ‘Is Sufyan Ath-Thawriy a greater faqeeh or Abu Hanifa?’ He replied, ‘Comparisons are made between those things that resemble each other. Imam Abu Hanifa laid the foundations for fiqh, while Sufyan ath-Thawri is just a faqeeh. According to me, Imam Abu Hanifa is a greater faqeeh than Ibn Jurayj. My eye hasn’t seen a person who has greater power in fiqh than Imam Al-A’azdham.’ (translation of quote)
Adh-Dhahabi calls him Hafizdh, and Imam, and Shaykh of Khorasan.
He used to be a trader. Once he met Imam Abu Hanifa, who told him that it’s good to be a trader, but at the same time he should seek knowledge too because without knowledge, a lot of problems occur in trade. This had an impact on him, and he started learning fiqh and hadith from Imam Abu Hanifa, so much so that in those sciences he achieved the level of an imam (a mujtahid one that is).
He is the teacher of great imams of hadith like Yahya bin Mu’een, Ahmad ibn Hanbal, and Imam Bukhari.
In Imam Bukhari’s Sahih, out of the 22 thalathiyaat, 11 are narrated on the authority of Makki ibn Ibrahim, and 9 thalathiyat on the authority of other HANAFI shuyukh! (The thalaathiyaat of Bukhari are those ahadith that have only three narrators between Imam Bukhari and the Prophet ﷺ.)
He loved Imam Abu Hanifa to the extent that after every gathering and every prayer he used to pray for Allah’s mercy on him.
Once in a lecture he started narrating hadith saying “haddathna Abi Hanifa”. One student said, “Give the narration of Ibn Jurayj and don’t tell us Abu Hanifa’s narration.” He became very angry hearing this and the color of his face changed. He said, “We don’t narrate ahadith to idiots. You leave my gathering. It is not allowed for you to write hadith from me.” Then until that student was kicked out of the gathering, he did not start narrating, and after he was made to leave, he started back with “haddathna Abi Hanifa”
Among the other great muhaddith and mujtahid students of Imam Abu Hanifa are included:
Sufyan bin ‘Uyayna,
Ibrahim bin Udham,
Hamzah bin Muqriy,
‘Abbad bin ‘Awwam,
‘Ali bin Mus-hir,
Qasim bin Ma’n,
Hasan bin Saleh,
Abu Bakr bin ‘Ayyash,
‘Eisa bin Yunus,
Ishaq bin Yusuf,
Shu’aib bin Ishaq,
‘Abdul Warith bin Sa’eed,
Muhammad bin Bishr,
Hammad bin Zayd –
who are ALL TEACHERS OF MUHADDITHEEN OF SIHAAH SITTAH.
Imam An-Nawawi also counted Imam Sufyan Ath-Thawriy as amongst his students.
Imam Jalaluddin As-Suyuti listed 95 scholars who narrated hadith on the authority of Abu Hanifa. These include
Abu Nu’aym Al-Fadzl bin Dukayn,
Makki ibn Ibrahim,
and Abu ‘Aasim Dzahhaak – who are ALL SHUYUKH of Imam Bukhari, and many many narrations exist on their authority in Sahih Bukhari as well as the other Sahih compilations.

It’s been some time since I last posted. However, in keeping with the promise of exposing some filthy munaafiqiin swine pretending to be Muslims and scholars of Islam, here is one exposure of one such munaafiq swine. More exposures of other swines cladding the skins of lambs shall follow bi idhni(A)llah.
… and the hadiith goes on to say that through that intercession, an enormous amount of humanity will be saved, and many of the scholars say that includes christians, jews, and others as well, that they can be saved through the intercession of the Holy Prophet, because of the greatness of his prayer with… with God, and this is one reason why many traditional scholars will say that it is possible for people who aren’t Muslim to be saved, because of the Holy Prophet’s greatness, when he prays for humanity, well it may well encompass them, we don’t know that; but it’s a legitimate interpretation. So intercession at the end of time is very much a part of Muslim belief; and…
1 – Who are these ‘many of the scholars’ that say that christians, jews, and others can be saved through the Prophet’s intercession? Attn Muslims: The munaafiq swine is lying. No classical Muslim scholar has said such.
2 – Who are these ‘many traditional scholars’ who say that it is possible for people who aren’t Muslims to be saved? Attn Muslims: The munaafiq swine is lying. No classical Muslim scholar has said such.
3 – This is a ‘legitimate interpretation’ according to whom?
Attn Muslims: The hypocrite swine cannot even produce the name of ONE classical / traditional / mujtahid scholar who will call this a legitimate interpretation. Why? See below.

In this blessed month, we beseech Allah and beg of His Mercy and Favor and seek His refuge from the fire of hell.
May Allah make us from the TRUE believers in His Messenger ﷺ, who do not attribute lies to Him or His Messenger ﷺ;
and may He safeguard us from the mischief of such evil hypocrite swine masquerading in the skins of lambs as “Muslim scholars” for they only work to please the infidels and sell His religion for a very paltry price, the pleasure of their infidel masters!

Here’s a simple English recap of some of Imam An-Nawawiy’s rulings regarding BLATANT apostasy that were mentioned in the last post (click here to read). Needless to say, the rest of the mujtahid scholars of the Ahlus Sunnah have also ruled the same. The mujtahid scholars of the Ahlus Sunnah do not differ on what constitutes blatant apostasy.
But a person who knows these rulings or has spent enough time with Muslims to know these things, has no excuse and if he says or does things such as those mentioned above, he is a most certainly kafir, and needs to re-enter Islam, by renouncing the kufr and re-stating the shahadah with the intention to re-enter Islam. If he apostatized publicly, his re-entry to Islam must also be done publicly.
Also note that these mentioned above are only SOME of the rulings on what constitutes apostasy, be it from Imam Nawawiy, or other scholars. Every Muslim must work hard and beseech Allah to seek His help in safeguarding one’s faith.
We beseech Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala to grant us His help in safeguarding our faiths and those of our loved ones. Aamiin bihurmati Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ.
Now that the simple English recap is done, in the next post that follows, some sayings of some crafty but very filthy hypocrites pretending to be scholars of Islam, shall be presented, dissected, and critically analyzed in light of these apostasy rulings by the mujtahid scholars of Islam – in sha Allah.
And there is no success except by Allah’s granting.
Was-Salam.

As-Salamu ‘Alaikum
Here are some words from the chapter on apostasy taken from Imam An-Nawawiy’s Rawdat At-Talibiin, a Shafi’iy fiqh primer. Imam Nawawiy’s words are self explanatory and sufficient to stab the modern syncretist interfaith movement in the heart.
It completely destroys the claims of those syncretist kafirs who like to label themselves as “Ash’ari” or “sufi” and deceive the masses and proves that REAL Ash’aris and Sufis have nothing to do with syncretism.
Just note that I have mentioned it under both Hanafi and Shafi’iy fiqh categories, as eventhough Imam Nawawiy is Shafi’iy and the book is a book of Shafi’iy jurisprudence, the scholars of the Ahlus Sunnah are united on what constitutes blatant apostasy. Underlining and explanatory footnote by the translator.
[Translation of aforementioned passage from Imam Nawawiy's text]: And if someone says that the Prophet, sal Allahu ‘alaihi wa sallam, was black, or that he died before he got the revelation, or says that he was not a Qurashiy (of the Quraysh tribe), he has blasphemed as he has attributed to him [the Prophet] that which is not from his attributes, he has negated his [prophetic attributes] and denied them. And the one who preaches that prophethood is acquired/earned or that he can reach it [the ranks of prophethood] by purity of the heart or that he receives revelations, even if he does not [directly] claim prophethood or claims that he enters jannah and eats from its fruits and embraces its houri women, he is certainly a kafir by ijma’ [of the scholars]. And the one who negates the text of The Book [i.e., Quran] or the Sunnah conclusively taken on its explicit meanings [i.e., those ahadiith that are conclusively taken on their explicit meanings by the entire body of the scholars and the ummah], he is a kafir by ijma’ [of the scholars]. And the one who does not declare kafir the ones who profess a deen (religion) other than Islam, such as the christians, or doubts in the takfeer (declaring kafir) of such people, or authenticates [or praises] their religion, he is a kafir even if he displays Islam alongside this [filthy belief] or [claims & shows he] believes in it; and likewise takfeer certainly applies on everyone who says things that imply towards stating that the entire ummah is misguided or [a person doing] takfeer (declaring kafirs) of the sahaba [1]. And likewise [takfeer is declared on] the one who does a deed that the Muslims are united on the fact that it can’t be committed except by a kafir, even if the perpetrator claims Islam by his [other] deeds, such as prostrating to the cross or fire, or walking to churches with their congregations in their specific attire like their zunnar (sashes or ropes tied around their waist as part of their uniform) and others; and likewise, [takfeer is applied on] the one who denies Makkah, or The House (i.e., Ka’bah), or The Holy Mosque [in Makkah] or an attribute of the Hajj, he is not upon this well known body [of Muslims i.e., he is not from our ummah]; or if someone says “that what is named as Makkah, I don’t know if it is the *real* Makkah or something else” then in all of this and other things of this sort [that are well known to the masses of Muslims], there remains no doubt on the takfeer (declaring kafir) of the one who says such if there is a reasonable conviction about him that he knows this [ruling] and/or has spent considerable time in the company of Muslims [to know this]; and if he is a new convert to Islam and/or hasn’t spent much time mingling with Muslims, we teach him this, and he has no excuse after being made aware. And likewise [is the ruling of takfeer] on the one who changed something from the Quran [i.e., changed the meaning/message of a concept espoused in the Quran and propagated such cocepts contrary to direct Quranic teachings, even if not changing the actual textual words] or says that there are no such things as miracles [of prophets] or says that the creation of the skies and the earth are not proofs to Allah’s Existence or if he denies paradise or hellfire, or resurrection [on judgment day], or the accounting [of deeds], or accepts these things but says that the implication by paradise and/or hellfire and/or resurrection and/or coming back to life and/or reward and/or punishment is not on their manifest meanings [but rather something else], or says that the imams are superior to prophets ….
[1] - Also note that saying such things that christians and jews or sabians or buddhists are not kafirs is a de facto and de jure anathematizing of the sahaba since they all believed anyone other than Muslims to be kafirs!
Next post after this will contain a recap of this passage and an analysis of the some sayings of some clever hypocrites, bi idhniLlah.
And there is no success except by Allah’s granting.

Question 1: What is an “Abrahamic faith”?
Answer 1: The question is wrongly phrased. There are not more than one “Abrahamic faiths” for there to be “an” Abrahamic faith.
There is ONLY ONE Abrahamic faith.
So the question should be: “What is THE Abrahamic faith?”.
Question 2: Is it right to say that Islam, christianity and judaism are called “Abrahamic faiths”?
Answer 2: It is very emphatically NOT RIGHT.
Depending on the speaker’s knowledge levels regarding what you see below and his intentions, it may even be counted as kufr.
Question 3: Why?
Answer 3: Because the Quran says:
Translation of meaning: Abraham was neither a jew nor a christian but was a Muslim pure of all falsehood, and he was not of the mushrikiin. [Holy Quran 3:67]
Question 4: What do we learn from the above verse?
Answer 4: Other than the many other things stated by scholars of tafsiir, just by a good observation of the text of the verse, we learn:
- That the religion that Abraham, ‘ala nabiyyina wa ‘alaihis salam, followed was Islam, and this alone has been THE ONLY religion acceptable to Allah. Islam refers to istislam, that is, complete and utter surrender to Allah’s Command and Will.
- That judaism and christianity are falsehood and rubbish. This is why the Quran says “haneefam musliman” (it means: Muslim pure of all falsehood) and juxtaposes it against the religion of “jews and christians”.
- That the Quran equates jews and christians as “mushrikiin” (pagans/idolators). The aim of juxtaposition is to contrast two differing entities and place one against the other. The Quran juxtaposes “haneefan Musliman” against “christians and jews” and equates the christians and jews to “mushrikiin”. The juxtaposition is therefore between “Muslims” and “christians and jews being mushrikiin [alongside the rest of the infidels]“.
- That the jews and christians are then effectively labeled as “mushrikiin” by the Quran.
- That the ahl al-kitab (people of the book, which is just another way to say ‘jews and christians’) are then mushrikiin according to the Quran.
- That kafir and mushrik then really are synonyms based on the language of the Quran, since at other places the Quran addresses them as kafir too. The Quran clearly says that anyone who denies the prophethood of our Master Rasulullah ﷺ, he is a kafir.
Translation of meaning: And he who does not declare belief in Allah AND His Messenger, then indeed We have prepared a blazing fire for kafirs. [Holy Quran 48:13]
This verse CLEARLY educates us that to be a Muslim one has to declare belief in Allah AND His Messenger, our Master Rasulullah ﷺ. There is NO SUCH THING as a Muslim who denies Allah but accepts the prophethood of our Master Rasulullah ﷺ AND THERE IS NO SUCH THING as a Muslim who accepts Allah as The One & Only God, but denies the prophethood of our Master Rasulullah ﷺ.
Question 5: How then did the phrase “Abrahamic religions” emerge and why did people start using them?
Answer 5: I don’t know, but it has been in use for quite some time (30+ years) by politically correct deviants who do not wish to upset christians and jews by calling them disbelievers. They therefore equate Islam to their false religions using the phrase “Abrahamic faiths” or “Abrahamic religions”.
It has also been used by innocent and good-intentioned but not so astute Muslim folk without thinking what it really means or erroneously thinking that the phrase could be relegated to the human person of our Master Abraham.
Question 6: Can we say that this phrase refers to the fact that all of Muslims, christians and jews consider Abraham as their religious authority, just as when we say the word “christian”, it relegates to our Master Jesus, ‘ala nabiyyina wa ‘alaihis salam?
Answer 6: Of course NOT.
The phrase “Abrahamic religion” or “Abrahamic faith” relegates to the FAITH of Abraham, NOT towards the claim of following Abraham’s teachings.
In any case, following Abraham means one has to be a Muslim.
Even when we say “christian” we are only implying that they CLAIM TO follow our Master Jesus Christ. But it DOES NOT mean that they do follow him. How could it be so?! Our Master Jesus came with the message of tawhiid and NEVER asked anyone to worship him or his mother!
If they called themselves “Abrahamist” perhaps we could use it in the same manner to say that they CLAIM TO follow Abraham.
But the phrases “Abrahamic faith” and “Abrahamic religion” are self explanatory.
A Muslim should NEVER CALL ANYONE OTHER THAN MUSLIMS as being on “Abrahamic faith” or “Abrahamic religion”!
Question 7: Can we just use it for da’wah purposes so as to facilitate them coming close to Islam?
Answer 7: This question is very ironic. The VERY THING that the Quran commands to say for da’wah purposes is to TELL THEM to follow Abraham AND TELL THEM that Abraham was neither a jew nor a christian!
The below are just SOME of the verses of the Quran regarding our Master and Father Ibrahiim, ‘ala nabiyyina wa ‘alaihis salam, that are pertinent to the topic at hand.
FIRSTLY, the Quran itself tells us to tell the christians and jews that Ibrahiim ‘alaihis salam was NOT a christian or jew, and it equates christianity and judaism to falsehood and paganism, AND it commands us to tell them to LEAVE christianity and judaism in order to follow Abraham – so it would be EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL to the Quran and extremely idiotic and oxymoronic to call christianity and judaism as “Abrahamic faiths” or “Abrahamic religions”.
Translation of meaning: And [the people of the book] say, ‘be jew or christian, you shall be guided’; you say, ‘rather [we take] the religion of Ibrahiim, pure from all falsehood, and he was not of the pagans’. [Holy Quran 2:135]
Translation of meaning: You say, ‘Allah is Truthful, then follow the religion of Ibrahiim, who was pure of all falsehood and he was not of the mushrikiin (pagans)’. [Holy Quran 3:95]
SECONDLY, the Quran CLEARLY says that the religion taught by Prophet Muhammad IS in fact the same religion of Ibrahiim ‘alaihis salam, and it is pure of all paganhood and falsehood.
Translation of meaning: And who would turn his face from the religion of Ibrahiim except the one who fools his heart and indeed We chose him [Ibrahiim] in this world [and made him Prophet & Khaliil] and in the hereafter, he shall be from those enjoying Our special closeness. [Holy Quran 2:130]
Translation of meaning: O people of the book! why do you argue about Ibrahiim when the Torah and the Injiil descended only AFTER him? Do you not have sense?[Holy Quran 3:65]
Translation of meaning: Indeed those people are the foremost deserving of Ibrahiim those who followed him, and this Prophet [Muhammad ﷺ] and the believers [i.e., those who accept the prophethood of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ] and Allah is The Protector of the believers. [Holy Quran 3:68]
Translation of meaning: And whose religion is better than the one who surrenders his face to Allah and he is of piety and he follows the religion of Ibrahiim who was pure of all falsehood, and Allah took Ibrahiim for a high-ranking friend (Khaleel). [Holy Quran 4:125]
Translation of meaning: Indeed Ibrahiim was a [mighty] imam, obedient to Allah pure from all else, and he was not of the mushrikiin. [Holy Quran 16:120]
Translation of meaning: Then we sent revelation unto you to follow the religion of Ibrahiim, who was pure of all falsehood, and he was not of the mushrikin. [Holy Quran 16:123]
THIRDLY, it goes against the very upfront, open, honest, courageous, and manifest bravery of Abraham himself who NEVER shied from stating the truth and NEVER resorted to compromise or political correctness!!!
Translation of meaning: And when Ibrahiim told his father and his people, ‘I am aloof from those that you worship’. [Holy Quran 43:26]
Translation of meaning: Indeed, there was an excellent role model for you in Ibrahiim and those with him; when they told their people, ‘we are aloof from you and those that you worship other than Allah, we deny you, and an enmity and a grudge has appeared between us and you, for ever, until you believe in Allah, The One & Only’, except the saying of Ibrahiim to his father *, ‘verily I shall seek forgiveness for you and in front of Allah I am not the owner of any benefit to you; Our Lord in You we trust, and to You we turn, and to You shall we return.’ [Holy Quran 60:4]
* This part should not be followed since it was on the basis of a promise and when Ibrahiim ‘alaihis salam was convinced that he is adamant on kufr, he disavowed from him. Therefore, it is not allowed for anyone to pray for the forgiveness of his kafir relatives.
Please observe the above verses very well dear brothers and sisters and think just how ANTI-Abrahamic would it be for us to use his name in da’wah and GO AGAINST THE VERY SPIRIT OF ABRAHAMIC DA’WAH by resorting to compromising phrases and political correctness?!
If you know of a greater irony than this, please do inform me – to use Abraham’s name, the name of Allah’s Khaliil who NEVER compromised and resorted to political correctness on iman EVEN WHEN he did his da’wah, for the very purpose of political correctness and compromise!
Hope the message is clear in sha Allah.
Question 8: Is it kufr to use the phrases “Abrahamic religions” or “Abrahamic faiths” for judaism or christianity?
Answer 8: For someone who knows what the Quran says as stated in above verses and analyses, yes it is kufr.
For someone who is unaware of the details of what the Quran says about our Master Ibrahiim, ‘ala nabiyyina wa ‘alaihis salam, and/or is linguistically mistaken and thinks that it implies that these people claim to follow Abraham, it is not kufr, but a terrible mistake as long as the matter is not clear to him. See answer 6 above. If & when the matter becomes clear to him, using these phrases “Abrahamic faiths” and “Abrahamic religions” for christianity and judaism will be kufr.
And there is no success except by the granting of The One & Only God of Abraham and Moses and Jesus and all previous prophets ‘alaihimus salam, Who is the God of our Master Muhammad ﷺ His last Messenger, Who is your God, and my God, and God of ALL creation – Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala.
Was-Salam.

Please have a read through of this verse (210) from Surah Al-Baqarah:
Quoted here are the most popular so called “translations” floating around (underlining mine):-
1 – Sahih International translation says:
Do they await but that Allah should come to them in covers of clouds and the angels [as well] and the matter is [then] decided? And to Allah [all] matters are returned.
2 – Muhsin Khan translation says:
Do they then wait for anything other than that Allah should come to them in the shadows of the clouds and the angels? (Then) the case would be already judged. And to Allah return all matters (for decision).
3 – Pickthall translation says:
Wait they for naught else than that Allah should come unto them in the shadows of the clouds with the angels? Then the case would be already judged. All cases go back to Allah (for judgment).
4 – Yusuf Ali translation says:
Will they wait until Allah comes to them in canopies of clouds, with angels (in His train) and the question is (thus) settled? but to Allah do all questions go back (for decision).
5 – Shakir translation says:
They do not wait aught but that Allah should come to them in the shadows of the clouds along with the angels, and the matter has (already) been decided; and (all) matters are returned to Allah.
6 – Dr. Ghali translation says:
Do they look for (nothing) except that Allah will come up to them in the overshadowings of mist, and the Angels? And the Command is accomplished and to Allah (all) the Commands are returned.
Don’t be angry at me, and I am in no way trying to sound smart but every single one of them is terribly wrong to say the least. It is nothing but an ibntaymiyyite termite’s delight! It is an EXTREME disservice to the Quran. It is an anthropomorphist mujassim’s fantasy! It is simply abhorrent. Period.
Every single one of those translations have done ZERO justice to the verse in their mad dash to literally flip words from one language to another, so much that the message of the verse is completely lost upon a reader. That is notwithstanding the senseless additions like “In His train”.
People seem to forget that translations are about transforming a MESSAGE, a CONCEPT, from one language to another. At times, literal translations indeed are the way to go, and in fact anything else would be a great injustice. At other times however, where allegorical constructs are used, it is incumbent that a translator give the Arabic text its due.
How do we know what to do and where? Simple. The knowledge of the Quran has come down from the Prophet ﷺ to the sahaba to the tabi’een, to their students, and so on. We are safe as long as we are in the hands of the acknowledged classical masters of the Islamic sciences.
People should note an additional point here. The Quran is in Arabic. This however, does NOT mean that an Arab can directly understand the meaning of every single verse just as it is presented in the matn (the text) of the Quran. Indeed, Arabs themselves need the verses explained and elucidated to them. And here I am not talking about detailed discourses pertaining to the verse, but just about the BASIC MEANING OF THE CORE TEXT OF A GIVEN VERSE.
At times, taking the literal meaning of a verse is quite disastrous, even for Arabs themselves, as is the case with the wahabis for instance. The meanings of certain allegorical verses can’t be taken on their apparent literal constructs, as has been taught by the classical masters and as any person with an iota of common sense knows that Allah does not resemble His creation. It is twice is bad to translate them into another language, just as literally, since the poor reader of the other language may not even be able to doubt that the verse is allegorical as he doesn’t even have a clue about the language of the source text.
Of course, for Arabs, an explanation and elucidation of the matn can’t be called a “translation”, whereas in the case of non-Arabic speakers it can be included within the “translation” into another language. The bottom line is that even to understand the core text of the verses, sometimes a literal flipping of words is not just not enough, rather it is severely disastrous for Muslims. This applies to the speakers of any language.
EVEN IF, the verbal translation of the matn (the core text) of the verses is accurate, one STILL needs to get further information regarding the verses on a whole host of issues, and this is what the sciences of the Quran are all about.
It would be idiotic of me to suggest that I aim to capture even a flavor of the scope and nuances of these Quranic sciences in this post, but as a meager servant at the feet of the Ahlus Sunnah scholars, I shall attempt to only highlight some of the items that will safeguard innocent Sunnis from getting conned by shayateen who claim to be ‘scholars of Islam’, followers of the ‘salaf’, and ‘sufis’.
Scholars of the sciences of the Quran are unanimous in stating that the BEST tafsiir of the Quran is by the Quran itself, that is, from its other verses explaining the same topic. Then from the Prophetic sayings, sayings of sahaba and so on.
Coming back to the topic of just the verbal translation of the meanings of the core texts of the verses, two of the classical clear and concise explanations explaining the verses and elucidating on them are the Tafsiir Jalalayn and Tafsiir Nasafi.
They are in Arabic. This should be a reminder to those literalists and anthropomorphists (INCLUDING the Arab ones) who think that the Quran can be understood by whatever meaning summarily comes to one’s fancy. Indeed, the Arabs themselves sought to further their knowledge of the Quran and sought it from the classical masters who sought it from the sahaba who sought it from the Messenger of Allah himself.
Firstly, let us see the explanation of the verse in these two tafaasiir and then correct the translation of meaning of the verse, before we get on with the rest of the post.
——————————————————
< هل > What < ينظرون > do those who rejected entering into it [Islam] wait for? < إلا أن يأتيهم الله > that is, His decree, just as implied in His saying < أو يأتي أمر ربك > (or there comes the decree of your Lord; 16:33) that is, His ‘adhab/punishment < في ظلل > plural of zdhullah < من الغمام > clouds overcast <والملائكة وقضي الأمر > to execute the decree of destroying them [the rejectors] <وإلى الله ترجع الأمور > in the hereafter, and He shall recompense each [slave] for his deeds, [recited with the Arabic grammar] constructs employing the maf’ool and the faa’il (turja’ul umuur and tarji’ul umuur)
< هَلْ يَنظُرُونَ > (6:158) What are they waiting for < إِلا أَن يَأْتِيَهُمُ اللَّهُ > (2:210) that is Allah’s decree and His punishment, as He said < أَوْ يَأْتِىَ أَمْرُ رَبِّكَ > (or there comes the decree of your Lord; 16:33) < فَجَآءَهَا بَأْسُنَا > (then our torment came unto them; 7:4) or what is approaching with it (His Decree) is encompassed in the meaning that Allah is sending His punishment to them as His sign, with His saying <Know that Allah is The Almighty (Al-‘Azeez)> < فِي ظُلَلٍ > (2:210) It is the plural of zdhullah and [it refers to] that which will overshadow you < مِّنَ الْغَمَامِ > (2:210) the low-lying clouds/mist. And that is for overwhelming [them with fear] as the clouds are a source of mercy and [instead] the descent of torment from them makes the matter extremely frightful and horrid. < وَالْمَلَـائكَةِ > That is, the arrival of the angels commissioned with administering their torment, or the implication could [also] be their presence on the Day of Judgment. < وَقُضِىَ الامْرُ > (11:44) That is, the execution of the command of destroying them [i.e., punishing them severely] and fulfillment of it < وَإِلَى اللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ الامُورُ > (2:210) that is, He is The Owner of the slaves and their matters and the matters shall return to him [for judgment] on the Day of Reckoning.
Please note: 1 - In the English translations of the passages of the tafaasiir, I have left the Arabic words from the verse <between the angle brackets> intact, as our job at that stage is to get down to the ACTUAL meaning of the verse. So it would be redundant to translate the words before actually understanding the meaning of the verse!
2 – Please bear with the bad editing in the placement of the various brackets, as the editor doesn’t take too well to Arabic + English mixed formatting.
——————————————————
——————————————————
Now how hard was that for the reader to grasp? Did it take away from the meaning and message of the verse? Is it a fanciful interpretation using vain, narcissistic & superfluous literary constructs and expressions? No. Is it a literal interpretation? As much as required, yes. The rule is that we try to take the verses on the apparent meaning as much as we can. However, if a verse is allegorical, and it can be proven so, using other verses of the Quran (notwithstanding the detailed explanations given by the sahaba and the scholars of tafsiir), then we give it a meaning that is as holistic as possible considering all the verses of the Quran. This is why scholars say that the best tafsiir of the Quran is by the Quran itself!
It might have been a slightly tedious job for someone venturing out to translate the Quran to look at abridged explanations for every single verse, but in no way does a translation take away from the message and meaning of the verse, if one keeps in mind the explanations given by the classical masters. If one does not want to do the hard yards to deliver the trust of knowledge, he should NOT venture out to write a translation and mislead others and incur multiple sins. What is Islamic knowledge based on after all? The whims and fancies of people, OR the knowledge passed down by our master Rasulullah ﷺ and his inheritors, the sahaba and the scholars?
Very sadly, almost all if not all, of the popular translations in English and other western languages do a great disservice to the translation of meaning of the Quran. In non-Arab Muslim nations however, some translations (not all), those by scholars of the Ahlus Sunnah stay on track in line with the explanations given by the classical masters.
The presented verse is BUT ONE of the examples of the 100’s of errors, both subtle and unsubtle, that exist in the various popular “translations” of the Quran, that distort the messages of various different verses. Of course, the example presented has been one of a gross mistranslation, an abhorrent mistranslation that couldn’t possibly have been missed by even a novice Sunni of sound ‘aqidah, let alone a scholar of Islam and/or the Arabic language! It is one that only the worst and most severely gross anthropomorphist won’t have a problem with.
This example was presented so that the reader can see for himself/herself the great disservice that is being rendered to deen, even in something as fundamental as knowledge of the Quran, and even in such a simple case such as the presented verse, where it is simply not possible to miss noticing such a grave error! What then can we say about the so many subtle errors that lie dormant in the so many popular “translations” of the Quran rendered by popular “star scholars”?!
My apologies for a bit longwinded post. With the point being made, I would just like to mention the people who employ such erroneous translations, knowingly or unknowingly:
1 – Anthropomorphist kharijis – Of course they have their many agendas to push using such ”translations” namely anthropomorphism, anathematizing Muslims, pronouncing bid’ah and shirk on perfectly sound Islamic actions, and general fitnah-mongering.
2 – The rafidzis and the ghullat – Once again, these enemies of the sahaba and the Ahlus Sunnah, have their own agendas to push.
3 – The batinis, mu’tazila and zindiiq ‘sufis’ – who are much ahead of the rafidzis and the khawarij, and these people are the greatest enemies of Islam and the servants of the kuffar. Click Here to see one such example of such a translation employed by a batini kafir. And then Click Here to see the meaning of the verse as explained by classical masters.
——————————————————
So now we know why it is ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE for Muslims to know the tafsiir of the Quran. Contrary to the opinions of the fools who think that flipping words from a dictionary is all that is needed to “translate” the Holy Quran; and then fools and human shayatiin then engineering and twisting that already abhorrent mis“translation” as “evidence” to push for their twisted agendas – here is what a Sunni should be doing in order to do MINIMAL justice to Quranic sciences, Islamic knowledge, his/her own self and his/her hereafter:
1 – Learn the proper pronunciation of the Arabic letters and proper tajweed. This is an ABSOLUTE MUST for you. It is fardz ‘ayn to recite the Quran properly pronouncing each Arabic letter properly and administering the proper rules of tajweed. These tajweed rules for recitation have come to us over the centuries from the scholars who learnt from the sahaba who learnt reciting the Quran from the Prophet ﷺ himself. This is necessary for you to offer your salah/namaz properly and also gain the thawab and benefits of reciting the Quran, for incorrect pronunciation will not yield the many benefits of recitation. This (proper reading and recognition of letters and sounds) is a must even if one is not in a position to learn Arabic language (morphology, lexicology, syntax, grammar, etc.)
2 – Learn the ‘aqidah of the Ahlus Sunnah, the Ash’aris and Maturidis THOROUGHLY, before you embark on a study of the Quranic sciences. This is based on explicit and clear Quranic verses and sahih ahadiith. The reason I mention this before the steps that follow is because if one is shaky on the ‘aqidah of the Ahlus Sunnah or unaware of it, he will almost certainly not be able to spot the gross errors as highlighted in the case study of verse 2:210 above. A firm grasp of the Sunni ‘aqaid will help one a GREAT deal in keeping their eyes and ears open to such gross disservices to the Quran and Islamic sciences.
3 - Get the translation of meaning of the mutun (core texts of the verses) right - If you are in a position to learn the Arabic language, then do this yourself after learning the Arabic language, otherwise, under the tutelage of a qualified scholar of the Ahlus Sunnah. That itself is a big task in our times. As stated, the so-called “translations” which are out there are for the most part, a gross disservice to the Quran and Islamic sciences. In other words, firstly, at least get the verbal translation of the body of the verse right. As stated, we try our best to stay close to the apparent meanings of the Arabic words, but in some cases, a mere flipping of words is simply disastrous. A look into concise tafaasiir like that of the Imamayn Jalalayn will easily help avoid this problem. Remember, the Quran even needs to be explained properly to native speakers of Arabic.
4 – From the detailed works of tafsiir, get the asbab an-nuzuul (the circumstances of revelation) of the verses. This will help you in other academic pursuits as well as help gain a stronger footing in front of deviants.
5 – THIS IS CRUCIAL – Learn the AHKAM (rulings) pertaining to the verse. Why is this crucial? Because the various people of bid’ah will play with the verses and give any fanciful interpretation to justify their vile behavior. The wahabis are notorious for this. Also the enemies of Islam embedded INSIDE of the Muslim community, masquerading as ‘scholars of Islam’, are either resounding ignoramuses themselves, or are deliberately playing with Allah’s deen. They FOOL and MISGUIDE the innocent Muslim masses by stating the asbab an-nuzuul only and presenting it in such a manner to imply that the HUKM (ruling) in the verse was only meant to that particular circumstance in the Prophet’s times, or twist the ahkam pertaining to the verse if it causes them embarrassment in front of their kafir masters. At times, they will draw false analogies from the circumstances of revelation which are not allowed to be drawn. Why?
6 – Because the ruling from the verse may be mansuukh (abrogated). It is imperative for Muslims to know the ahkam that are mansuukh. The rulings that are mansuukh can NO LONGER be implemented. They are abrogated. Muslims MUST gain knowledge of what is naasikh (abrogating command) and what is mansuukh (abrogated command) and what is mansuukh with conditions. (For example the verses that permit certain actions towards the kuffaar, are only applicable in the case of dhimmis and there are NO dhimmis in our times! The zanaadiq pretending to be ‘scholars of Islam’ will present it as a blanket rule for all kafirs, even non-dhimmi harbiyyeen and will in fact go a step ahead and urge Muslims to polish the boots of the kuffaar with their tongues, just like they do themselves.)
7 – This is an extension of points 5 & 6. Remember that the rules of the Shari’ah apply equally to ALL Muslims. The foolish wahabis, just like the fake sufis, love to play on the asbab an-nuzuul and many times they will imply that the verse only pertained to the specific circumstance at the time of revelation. Knowing the hukm derived from the verse by the sahaba and the mujtahid scholars will PROTECT you from the fitnah of the wahabis and the fake sufis, and their fanciful nafs-pleasing, self-concocted rules. An example: The jahil wahabis say that verse 4:64 only applies to the sahaba, while the mujtahid scholars OF Islam use it as evidence that indeed praying to Allah by the Prophet’s tawassul is a virtuous act. The wahabis are notorious for concocting fanciful interpretations, meanings and deriving fanciful ahkam from verses that have no basis in the teachings of the early mujtahid masters! (And yet, ironically, they call themselves “salafi”) At times they will use verses meant for mushrikiin and apply them on Muslims. At other times, they will make rules out of thin air, saying, “that is only specific to the sahaba” or “that permission is not open to all Muslims” and other such rubbish without realizing that the Shari’ah is one to all Muslims.
The kafir-loving syncretist fake sufis on the other hand, use the exact same tactic of making rules out of thin air, only they do it with abrogated verses that permit forgiveness to the kuffaar. They love to cite abrogations and promote any and every form of appeasement of the kuffaar. In fact, they grossly extrapolate even further and/or twist and manipulate the abrogated rule itself, and somehow bring forward bizarre rulings, which are NOT EVEN THE ABROGATED RULINGS but something taken off from it onto a totally different plane, that help uplift kufr and humiliate Islam! May Allah curse all enemies of Ahlus Sunnah and Islam.
8 – ALWAYS REMEMBER – NEVER take the word of a contemporary if it opposes the words of classical mujtahid imams. Always double check what the contemporaries are saying, with the words of the classical scholars of tafsiir and the mujtahid imams of madhhabs, considering the woeful times full of fitnah that we live in! Click Here to see an example of how contemporary zindiiq sufis have spread the wrong message regarding the ruling derived from a verse DIAMETRICALLY OPPOSITE to the hukm taken by CLASSICAL scholars!

The above is my meager effort to highlight to an average everyday Sunni regarding the BARE MINIMUM that he needs to know regarding the Quran and interpreting from it in a manner that will protect him from the attacks of the various different enemies of Islam & the Ahlus Sunnah, the people of bid’ah like the shias and the wahabis, and other zanaadiq & munaafiq enemies of Allah and His Messenger like the syncretist sufis! Please do not consider it as a discourse on the academic nuances of the various Quranic sciences.
May Allah grant us knowledge of the Quran and cuase us to serve His deen, His Messenger ﷺ, and His Book; and may He destroy the people of bid’ah, hawaa, zandaqa and nifaaq. Aameen bi hurmati nabiyyihil amiin.
And there is no success except by His granting.
Was-Salam.

As-Salamu ‘Alaikum
In this blessed month of Rabii’ Al-Awwal, the month of the birth of our Master Rasulullah ﷺ this post is a gift to all those Sunni brothers and sisters on the ‘aqidah of the Ahlus Sunnah, who have any worrisome or distressing situation in life, as well as those who are free of such distresses, basically ALL Sunnis who just love our Master Rasulullah ﷺ. This salat attributed (fully or partially) to Shaykh Ahmad Ar-Rifa’iy is mentioned in many books of the pious scholars and awliyaa like ‘Allaamah Al-Baidzaawiy as an excellent and comprehensive collation of both salawat on our Master Rasulullah ﷺ as well as begging to Allah by his tawassul for all sorts of halal desires and for removal of pains.
For removal of worries, fulfillment of any halal wish, and general happiness and well-being in life, please recite this salat 4444 times. You can chart out a plan and then work on it reciting a certain number of times every day.
Even otherwise, without doing the formula for 4444 recitations, it is simply excellent to be recited as much as possible at any time and place (as is the case with any salat on the Prophet ﷺ). There is no ceiling to the amount of times, and the mannerisms of adulation in which one can send salutations on our Master Rasulullah ﷺ.
In sha Allah, the brothers and sisters will find benefit by it in this world and the next, and may Allah forgive all our sins by the virtues of His Habiib and His creation’s salutations upon him ﷺ.
Was-Salam.
PS. In some books, some phraseology of this specific salat might be slightly different, but that’s not a big issue as any adulation and salutation on the Prophet is of immense benefit.
