As mentioned in the blog, there are 3 ways for you to carry out this update. If your Quick Heal is updated to the latest version (version 16.00) and your virus database is updated, then your software is ready for the Windows 10 upgrade.
Internet data required will depend on the size of the update. If you are updating your Quick Heal software after a long time, it will consume a bit more as the update will be larger. If you are just applying the Windows 10 update, the data consumed will be lesser.

I HAVE DOWNLOADED WINDOWS 10 PRO [RTM] AS ALSO QHAVPRO LATEST DOWNLOADER. I INSTALLED WIN10 PRO SUCCESSFULLY ON A SEPARATE PARTITION. I TRIED TO INSTAL QHAVPRO ON WIN10 [RTM] BUT IT WAS NOT SET-UP SAYING THIS VERSION OF WINDOWS IS NOT SUPPORTED.
If you own an original Windows 7 copy and you apply the official Windows 10 upgrade from Microsoft, you will continue to be their original license owner and paying customer. As a result, you will not face any issues in the future as you are getting the OS upgrade from them officially. So you can go ahead and get the Windows 10 upgrade and not worry about it.
You can go ahead with the plan you have mentioned here. There will be no error message if the installation is done correctly. All new versions of Quick Heal post the release will have this compatibility in-built.

In case of automatic update, will the system accomplish the requisite task automatically at back-end level?
If so, whether there remains any need to Restart the PC if this automatic updation happens to be carried out while the PC is on!

You simply need to ensure that your virus database is updated to the latest version available. You can do this by opening your Quick Heal dashboard and clicking on UPDATE. The amount of space needed for this is very less.
if the automatic update is on and the quick dashboard is showing system is secure and no action required but it is shwing notification of updating quick heal for windows 10 compatible in the news section than what i have to do??

As per the comments i uninstalled my quick heal which i was using on windows 8.1 and try to reinstall through CD. Installation do not support in windows 10. My Quick heal internet security essentials copy is 2014 and still it is under licence. I even tried downloading the free upgrade and installed it and tried to add this product key but this product is not working
