Heurion Consulting is searching for a Senior Ruby on Rails programmer with Various levels of expertise.

 

The Requirements for a 2-4 yrs experience developer are

 

1. Ruby on Rails
2. Restful
3. Linux administration (Basic)
4. Capistrano Deployment
5. RSpec, Cucumber, BDD
6. AJAX tools using Scriptaculous, Prototype, Jquery, Moo Tools, Extjs (any)

 

We are also looking for One rockstar / architect / Champion (with experience of 3yrs in Ruby on Rails and about 4+ years of total experience) who can do the below activities along with above activities.

 

1. Provide Technical know-how for a project
2. Pre-Sales activity
3. Requirements Gathering
4. Handle Scaling and Performance Issues
5. Create a Standards in Ruby on Rails for the  company
6. Client Interaction

 

(I know I am asking too much but this requirement is for a senior person)

 

I don’t have a problem with the candidate if they don’t know all the above but is ready to learn them out… I am always ready to teach.

 

Regarding Heurion Consulting, It was started by myself in Oct 2006 and we have completed 3 years.  We have till date done about 17 Ruby on Rails app and total of 31 web applications, 4 Desktop applications and 4 Mobile Applications. We were 1 in the beginning and 15 now…and growing…
