How to create SWC files

Hi Folks,
Can we create SWC from Flex Builder ? If yes, how to create. And the
existing SWC's like cairngorm, flexlib, log5f, How they created using
flash or Flex (as 3.0). ?
I think, Its useful to all, Let we all get aware about swc files.
