The form is pretty simple and self explanatory. Give me a call anytime if you have any question on it. I have already sent the form, photocopies of marks cards and DD of Rs. 400/-

 

People who could not complete the MCA program within the scheduled 4 yrs (considering people who joined from 1st Sem) and have taken up additional time to clear the backlogs, may need to pay apart from 400/- additional amounts as mentioned in the form.
