PLEASE CIRCULATE THIS IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL YOUR BRANCHES IMMEDIATELY

 

To avoid facing problem of “De-authorisation of your Moneygram Software” branches are requested to open the software and  àFILEàTRANSMIT on a regular basis. This action will help software getting locked.

 

Still if you face the problem, revert to us with DEVICE ID, AGENT ID which is given your branches, to enable us to “Re-authorize the Software”.

 

Please note that this is not a problem or any issue with Software, but it is only a safety precaution incorporated in the software to protect against any fraud
