Hello All,
Here are the action items from yesterdays meeting.
Both Andy and I won't be here on Saturday for the workshop/meeting. Hopefully you can check in about these things and discuss what you will be doing for the next week. Maybe Archana or Freeman can lead the meeting?

· Corin
o Organizing the composers- has two, one local, one in Cali
o Will work with Tobias to figure out a program that can move the sound around more effectively to different speakers
o The sounds bank will be available in the next couple days to begin work with, after that will begin making synth sounds out of normal sounds
o Will be creating a demo track for the Kinect
o Beginning to compose music this coming week
· Angese:
o The plastics will be here in less then 15 days
o The drawing for the final model is coming together slowly
o Sourcing the connections for the plastics this week
o Will be working with Andy on getting the sensors for the flowers, she will deal with her own motors and sensors
o Will start testing proximity sensors next week
· Pooja
o Looking at the space and figuring out the specifics- Kiran will help her with tools and adjustments
o Will be experimenting with movement for outside panels
· Kiran:
o All wiring in place for the speakers
o Will work with Agnese on prototype for flower
· Sharath
o Came up with basic algorithm for movement tracking, can extract the colors value of the motion
o Is working on mapping RGB values
o Should have a demo by the end of the week: at least the sounds composition part but not necessarily the color part
· Tobias
o Twitter messages to control lights on the façade.
o Abelson integration
o Working on further developing the concept
· Freeman
o Got the Kinect to trigger some sounds
o The lights guys came and did a demo about the lights- and hopefully 50 finished lights in 7-10 days- will do some chasing to make sure they are on track
· Andy
o Will be testing sound samples with the speakers to see their limits this upcoming week.
· Archana
o Sent out email about ideas about singularity, will create google doc and share with all to edit as they want.
