As per thye prschedule we had a meeting at JP Nagar, although it was decided at Ragiguda Temple, but the meeting was held at the residence of Mr. Anuj Mishra (JJ Apartment, JP nagar).

In the meeting we have decide to have a cultural organisation at Bangalore.In the meeting the following agendas were decided.

Motto

The Objective of the organisation is to associate all the Maithils residing in or around Bangalore.
The organisation will serve the pupose of the common platforam to all to bring athe maithils closer to ech other, so, that none of us should feel alone (at too far from our native)
All the members of the organisation will share their Happiness/sorrow with each other.
Creative effort of the group for the betterment of Mithila.

Rules for the oragnisation

There will at least one meeting every month.
All the members will contribute Rs.100 per family Per Month.
To have interactive gathering every quarter/at the interval of the decided time period.
To celebrate the major festivals collectively

We are glad to inform all of you that we have decided the get together on the eve of the comming new year
