Hi,

I sent a mail at 'bangalor...@googlegroups.com' from my outlook
but I got auto response saying I don't have permission to post. In
case if my mail is un-delivered to group, please forward the same as
below:-



Dear Maithilgans,

As we are heading towards festival Holi, I would like to propose group
members having got together at a common place and celebrate Holi. Just
for information, Holika Dahan is on 3rd March and Holi is on 4th
March; I am comfortable celebrating it any of these two days with
group members.

My suggestions are:-

1)      Let's meet at a common point as I don't think anyone have enough
space at his/her residence to celebrate Holi with all members. For
example, we can book a hall.
2)      Let us arrange a tub filled with flying colors and big enough to
dump at least one person at a time 
3)      Food: - I think married members should bring some home made Holi
special foods like Pua, kheer etc at the venue and spare bachelors
like me from this responsibility. Other common food like Daal,
chaaval, Roti etc can be arranged from hotels.

I will urge group members share their opinions in this regard. Forward
your hands and celebrate Holi 2007 whole-heartedly with each others!

If Holi is on 3rd march, Instead of Playing holi let us plan for Holi Milan.

 

I don't think the color playing at mass level will be feasible. So 4th will be sunday why don't we assemble somewhere. I am proposing a park in BTM for this purpose.
