Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital
marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email).
- Website building and
maintenance.
- Optimize website
performance and conversion rates.
- Analyze data to improve
campaign ROI.
- Develop and manage
marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and engagement.
- Collaborate with design
and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Creative mindset with
strong communication and writing skills.
Core Technical Skills:
- SEO (Search Engine
Optimization)
– Optimize content for search engines.
- SEM (Search Engine
Marketing)
– Paid advertising strategies (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Content Marketing – Create and promote
valuable content to attract the target audience.
- Social Media Marketing – Manage and grow
presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
- Email Marketing – Craft engaging
campaigns, set up automation, and analyze results.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
Advertising
– Manage ad spend and ROI for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Web Analytics – Use tools like Google
Analytics to understand user behavior and campaign performance.
- Affiliate Marketing – Manage partners and
commission-based promotions.
- Marketing Automation – Design and optimize
automated workflows for lead generation, email nurturing, CRM updates, and
audience segmentation.
Creative & Communication Skills:
- Copywriting – Write persuasive
content for ads, emails, and websites.
- Design Basics – Understand visuals,
layout, and branding (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Video Marketing – Basic editing,
scripting, and promotion (Reels/Shorts).
- Storytelling – Craft compelling
brand and campaign narratives.
Analytical & Strategic Skills:
- Data Interpretation – Make decisions based
on performance metrics.
- A/B Testing – Run experiments to
improve results.
- Customer Journey Mapping – Optimize the customer
experience.
- ROI & KPI Tracking – Measure the success
of campaigns and strategies.
Soft Skills:
- Creativity – Think outside the box
to craft unique campaigns.
- Adaptability – Stay updated with
digital trends and algorithms.
- Communication – Explain strategies
and results to clients or team members.
- Time Management – Handle multiple
campaigns or channels at once.
