Yep I think we can use meetup, got the idea from a friend who started
the Android Meetup in London and suggested we do the same here as he
received quite a few requests to organise a meetup here.

Like Sameer said theres a payment involved for starting a meetup
group. Since there are a few people interested in doing the Android
meetup I've gone ahead and paid for a months membership to see if

I apologise for my absence for the last week, but I've been out of
town. I'm back now and I've organised a small poll in the meetup group
so that I can gauge the type of developers/enthusiasts that have
joined the group. We should have our first meeting by the end of this
month or first week of November, I'll keep you guys updated.
Suggestions with regards to a suitable location would be most welcome
as well.
