Hi,
I am listing some of the very important resources for learning Groovy.
1. Groovy in Action -- One of the best books I read in the recent
past. This book is written by the manager and developers of Groovy
programming language. MEAP has started for 2nd Edition [http://
www.manning.com/koenig2]. 2nd Edition might release some time later
this year.
2. Mr. HAKI's tiny snippets for a good understanding of GDK [http://
mrhaki.blogspot.com/search/label/Groovy%3AGoodness].
3. Paul K [one of the contributors of Groovy in Action]'s excellent
presentations on Slideshare.

4. Of course Groovy Console.
5. Finally, Groovy website and Stackoverflow with tons of information.
6. I do have books by Scott Davis and Venkat Subramaniam on Groovy.
But, if you can manage to read Groovy in Action, I dont think you
would need any of the other books on Groovy.
7. Groovy Web Console on Google App Engine -
http://groovyconsole.appspot.com/
8 Practically Groovy series on IBM Developerworks. -

Am sure this list is not comprehensive. Please add on more to this
list, which you feel are worth mentioning for any starters.
Hope these pointers will help Groovy freshers to turn to some of the
best resources available on Groovy.
Thanks for reading.
All the best!!
Regards,
Prashanth.
