That certainly is the clear intention, Saager.

I lean towards the other way round - if any one wants to share about opportunities, that's ok, but any further exchanges need to be offline.

I am turning on the moderation of the messages for now - normally it shouldn't cause any noticeable delay - but if it happens, we will spread-out the moderation privileges.

YMMV, but from my observations on other lists, it's much harder to push back on this later
but then again i'm mostly in pune and hence removed; you want to pull in a few more opinions from people who will be deriving direct benefit from this group
