I represent IntelliGrape Software, a Agile company based in Noida focused on Groovy and Grails.

We are one of the earliest adopters of Grails and probably have the biggest team of Grails Developers in India.

We are looking for people with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. This might be relevant to add that we have a flat hierarchy and a team member is involved in all the phases of SDLC.

Requirements are as follows:

• Experience in J2EE
• Experience in databases
• Clarity in thinking
• Sound analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Passion for programming
• Experience in Grails is a plus but is not a deciding factor by any means
