Hello all,

We have a requirement for a freelance facebook app developer. It would
be 2 month project for the 1st phase of the project for which the
details and requirements are listed below. Let me know if anybody here
is interested in this.

Requirements: FOR PHASE 1

We need an application that works inside Facebook as a FB app, and
works with twitter, flickr and youtube as an aggregator of all content
tagged with a particular term which we will provide to users. The
database of this application is also the backend of a website where
all the aggregated content is displayed. The website is also a place
where people who don't use social networking sites to come share
content directly with us. ∘ All the content, votes (likes), comments
shall be stored in our database.


The FB and website part of this is described below:

1. Several monitored activities are announced at differing timescales
(weekly, monthly, yearly, ongoing) for participants to take on. These
are all periodic - weekly activities are announced each week, without
a break.
2. These can be in the form of photo contests, writing and blogging
contests, video contests. None of these contests have any prizes and
have only virtual winners.
3. We announce themes or subjects for these contests or tasks and
people submit their work.
4. All users can see each other's work and comment on them, "like"
them, etc.
5. Likes are counted (by the app) at the end of the time period as
votes and 'winners' announced. Winning entries are put on a showcase -
automatically.
6. Content from closed content is archived and available for all users
to browse.
7. There are some restrictions on modes of participation. These are as
follows:

∘ You have to join the group to participate in the challenge.
‣ As soon as the user signs into the app, the user is automatically
added to the group.
∘ ‣ The app shall impose a limitation of one photo per user or as
defined for each contest by the admin.
∘ Captions and notes can be made for each entry.
• Some rules, the users have to adhere to (again from the FB group
page):
∘ Users can vote for more than one entry in each contest.

8. The admin should be able to:
‣ Create theme
• Provide Theme caption, Start/End timestamps, instructions
‣ Current contest
• Manage Submissions (Remove photos, Remove comments)
• Manage Members (Remove members, Ban member, View member's profile,
Send message)
• Announce winning submissions and message all members. Messaging
individual members should also be possible.
• Have control over the archives, addition and deletion of content.
