Refer our call, the objective is to keep the card swipe option available till Aug 15th, as a back up, in case Dealers miss out to give us instruction in the initial days. We have informed the dealers and our sales team is hand holding them on the new process. Request your support to get internal approval on the same.
I am also separately scanning and sending across the formal program proposal with terms for the dealers for your reference and further communication.

Dear Anil,
As discussed with our finance department, no further extension can be given for old system of swapping and collection for the existing dealers who are availing Instruction card facility after 31.07.2015.
You are also requested to kindly provide a formal proposal along with terms and condition that would be applicable to the dealers who would be availing Instruction card facility as per new mode of collection. Also, provide a copy of Corporate Opinion Report along with the proposal. On receipt of the proposal further action will be initiated at our end.

Request your support to communicate to divisional offices on releasing COR (Corporate Opinion Report) to the Bank where we are approaching dealers for onboarding on the Dealer financing Card program.
The revised program is in line with IOCL requirement; the salient features as below -1. IOCL gets credit in your account on day 0, when the dealer instructs us to debit his card account for fuel purchase - system ready
2. The credit is in IOCL's CMS account - which triggers the daily update automatically to your SAP - development complete - under testing - will be live in Aug 1st week
3. Subsequently the dealer gets indent from IOC and can carry fuel from depot the next day
4. Dealers get credit on the card platform at a rate of 10.30% for 15 days - which is then statemented and payable in another 7 days
5. Balances beyond the 7 grace days attract a higher interest rate of 12.30% - also the card is declined for further transaction
6. No processing fees charged for setting up the credit line on the card
Our existing dealers have been informed about the new program and we have got written buy in from most of them. To further scale up the program, as required by IOCL, we are in the process
of approaching new dealers with support from your divisional offices. Also, we are selectively evaluating higher limits for existing dealers to build volumes in the program.
Request your support -
> To share the revised program update with the regions and direct them for issuance of COR.
> While we don't seek further extension of the swipe based card program, request you to keep both options available - for the first 15 days in Aug 2015, till all the dealers are migrated to the new instruction
based program.
As discussed - we will see you tomorrow at 10 AM for any further clarification and discuss communication to front end.
