Meetup this Saturday, 13 Nov?

Hi,

Anybody wants to suggest venue/time/agenda for the meetup this
Saturday? I might be able to demo some stuff from the Clj-MiscUtil
library that I have been working on for a while.

I think we are making it way too specific .. to clojure... there is already a bangalore lisp group .. we should merge our meetups with them.. then we will gain some traction..

We, in the bangalore-fp group have a bi-weekly (now almost weekly)
SICP study group meetup. We use Racket <http://racket-lang.org/> for
the discussions and solving problems. Usually meet at either Mr.Beans
or ThoughtWorks on sundays, 3 PM. The announcements are made on
bangalore-fp google group. The regulars are just 3 of us (many came
and went in between) but it had been a very productive learning group
and I personally have learnt a lot since we started the study
sessions. We are somewhere near the mid of 2nd chapter now. You (or
anyone reading this) are welcome to join.

I am open to the idea of additional meetups involving the Lisp group, but IMHO this group serves the purpose to Clojure quite loyally and has decent traction. Not everybody may be interested in the entire gamut of Lisp.

I agree with shantanu. I think when the topic is generic enough we can
cross post on the bangalore lisp group.
