Way to go... Hoping the turn out this time shall be much higher with a good percentage of female bikers and hopefully kids and elderly folk.

One concern - the only contact is http://criticalmassbangalore.blogspot.com/  and it has a - introduced in the link. Hoping people figure out it line continuation and not part of the URL else it wud be wasted! :((

BTW I heard a Radio Jockey on Radio One tell that he cycles to work (9:30 show possibly Anjaan). If we can get him to come for critical mass it wud help immensely. He is anyways asking people to cycle to work like he does but this wud be good publicity for CM before the 28... I m missing this times CM but it wud be gr8 if we got good coverage and some real mass! :)

thx,
dodo

Prasant, Lavanya, and Nupur, Congratulations on being quoted in Deccan Chronicle. I already told everyone I know that my photo was in the newspaper today, albeit my backside (I am the guy in the blue-shorts and blue-hat in that picture). Good things are happening for marketing our motley group and I am so very happy about that.

It would be great if we can get the same amount of publicity for the next CM focused on Ladies Day. I will see if I can get my wife to join as well.

Sure.. go ahead.. I have requested Madhuri from Deccan Herald to write
abt it. Mayank has contacted an RJ in Radio One..
There is no procedure.. just tell them we are this cool group doing
cool stuff to support global cooling :). They can pick up some posters
from criticalmassblogspot.com. You can even give a reference to the
article in DC.
whatever it takes..

BTW, BBC has got a mention in today's Deccan Herald - Metrolife -
article called 'Games people play'.

cheers,
Lavanya
