I'll second the parking inside idea. Rs. 200 is def worth it.
My bike was parked in the outside lot for a week till I got wiser.
Wiser, and hopping mad - someone stole the headlamp and (not kidding)
the bicycle grips. So, my Trek 4300 looks kind of skeletal without
bike grips these days :-) .. have to pick replacements soon
