Gati courier--some reviews

Hi:

I came across great reviews for Gati in bikeszone forum, needed to transport a bicycle and looked them up on google.

Here are some not so great reviews. I am not trying to discourage you from using Gati--just that not every one has a positive experience.
What bothers me is how they deal with mistakes.

BTW, I have no commercial interests in any bicycle/courier business other than giving them my money!!
