What are you looking for in a tyre? What will you be using it for?

Durability? Speed? Puncture-resistance? Weight? etc.

Without this info, hard to recommend tires.

Please consider on Durability and Puncture-resistance , easy on pocket as an criteria on selection.

Puncture-resistance will work out on long distance cycling of 200-300+;

@Sreepath : By considering above option which one do you recommend ?Please do share some knowledge on these aspects.

Actually, I do not have personal experience with options 1 and 2. But
1 has many fans on this forum I think.

I have limited experience with Kenda Kontender and Kriterium since I
usually changed these tires because they came stock in 23mm/25mm width
that I find too thin. I have some Kenda tires on my commuter which I
have no problems with. I think Kenda makes both high-end and low-end
tires.

As far as easy on pocket goes, please consider the price/km not
absolute price. Absolute price can be misleading.

My limited observations of high-end tires is that good tires
accelerate very quickly, however they may not last very long since
they have less rubber.

Hoping somebody with experience on these tires will add more info.

I swear by the Zaffiro. My Zaffiros are from the days of my Fomas (2011-end). Still going pretty fine. Never had a single flat. Easily did more than 10K km.

From my experience of both Vittoria Zaffiro and Vittoria Rubino pro, I will vouch for Vittoria Rubino though it is a bit more expensive. It is lighter. The side walls of Zaffiro shows signs of crack though I think it is not a concern as of now. Rubino pro never showed such sign. Both tires are known to last 10,000+ km. I used mostly races and brevets though.

i have zaffiro 28mm on my sport1, its pretty comfortable on bangalore roads.
zaffiro 28mm is the widest it can take, with 28mm fenders are out of question.
