Suggestion Required: New MTB/Hybrid bike at 12k to 15k

Hi Friends,

One of my friend willing to start cycling and wanted to get a MTB/Hybrid, with a budget of 12k to 15k

Im looked up and have these two options in mind

  - btwin rockrider 340

  - Hercules ACT 110 (good option 4 years ago)

Can you please suggest good options available now?
