BOTS rides - A whole lot of riding for you

An experiment - Regular planned bike rides in Bangalore will get more folks cycling.

While we have a LOT of cycling happening in the city most of it is pretty adhoc and difficult to plan for.

The only regular ride that we know of are by the GoGreenGoCycling group

Sarvesh recently started a 3 month internship at BumsOnTheSaddle with the simple goal of getting more folks to cycle regularly

We have a bunch of riding that we would like to do on a regular basis.

BOTS Kick-starter rides - short rides on Sunday mornings with the goal of getting bikers back on the saddle and have some fun.

We start at 7am and aim to be back by around 8:30am. Maybe even squeeze in something fun in between - eat somewhere nice, play some frisbee etc.

Night rides - rides in the dead of the night (almost) through the city to get the heart pumping and squeeze in a ride in the middle of a busy week.

We intend to ride every wednesday night

Saturday Trail rides - Hit some trail somewhere and get some XC riding

Sunday longish ride - A long road ride on Sunday after the Kick-starter ride.

Cool ... we shd have more biker points across the city .. where locality bikers meetup at a point in their own neighbourhood and ride distances as per their convenience ...
