Promoting "Cycle to Work" - need bikes on rental

A bunch of us regular cyclists to work are trying to increase the number.
We have already held an informational session where we had about 25-30 people show up, about 10% of the workforce.

We are now planning to hold a "cycling hour" at work where in we will take interested folks on a loop around office to show them that it really is do-able.

We foresee the need for about 10 cycles for the event on 22nd November. What are our options?

Try iCycle. in ...
They offer bikes on rent on weekdays for corporates. They have good number of cycles (maintained reasonably well).

Just an update - we closed nominations today for the "Cycling Hour" ride we have for the employees on 22nd Nov. - we have 30 registrations!

Hope you have a few extra on waiting list just in case people fail to turn up on time & bikes reserved do not go unused :) All the best!! Am sure you wil keep us posted on further developments.

The cycling event is today, we are also promoting Cycle Day within our company. I am creating an album, which I will upload later today/tomorrow.
I'd like to thank the ICycle folks for getting us a large number of cycles.
