Hi all

After reading the success story of Nandi Hills ride I felt so
motivated that even I wanted to do the same. But being a novice in
cycling I felt I should increase the distance gradually. Moreover I'm
not so confident about my SK Cycle:)

I have started to ride twice a week to the office(@24 kms to and Fro)
and ride 5 kms on other days. I wanted to do a trail of Approximately
50 kms (+ or - 10 kms and to and Fro distance) on this Sunday. I live
in Padmanabhanagar. Could seniors from this group suggest me a cycling
route and the basic Do's and Dont's. All are welcome who want to join.

Hey,

Why don't u take Ring Road one day. I have done that many times, its absolute fun, but beware of the traffic, u should have great control & balance on the road. Ring Road streches for almost 35-40 Km around the city.

Drink lot of water & try not to make stops in the ride for you will have greater fun doing that.

You guys can try the BTM - Bannerghatta - Kaggalipura - BTM route. Approx 80KM. From jaydeva fly over hit straight up to Sarala birla school junction, turn right to experience some off roading of 6km, and then right turn at kaggalipura towards family mart junction. I've done this twice and have thoroughly enjoyed it. If you're lucky, you could spot some elephants en route.

Cheers
Sharath
