Hercules Ryders Act 110 vs LA Navigator

hi ppl,
Between the Hercules Ryders Act 110 and LA Navigator which is the better.. both come under the same price range..alloy, shimano stuff.. but i get spares for the hercules is available easily.. what do you suggest ?
The TI cycles offers Act 110 at 10500 Rs. any better place in bangalore for this bike?
please review.
(Purpose - commuting to office & weekend rides)

Just checked with Ti - apparently the 110 are out of stock and fresh stock is expected end of the month.
