Manali to Khardungla via Leh is the most popular route. There are many others. You can check their site.

Hi,i am planning to do Manali-leh with a cycling tour organization. Is there any recommendations on a tour company that someone has tried out in the past. Also looking to see if this is something that is recommended with the popularity of cars & bikes on that route.Thanks,Akshat--

Basically, they said you will find accomodation at each designated halt. (I had said I didn't plan to carry camping gear.) There is also consirerable traffic on the route these days. So incase you need assitance (other than some sudden serious eventuality), you will get assitancenin some time. You can hitch a ride with someone if needed.
So you can consider doing the ride yourself, w/o any organised tour.
