BBS has been invited to  train students through school teachers of 2 BBMP schools, as a pilot project of DULT, called Pedalshaale 2. Another school will be at  Vijaynagar, we will start teaching on 13th December.

A brief report of Lakkasandra school inaugural session 

6th December 2025 9.00-10.30 AM.

Trainers : 4 Ali, Parag, Bhoomika, Shriya.

Teachers :5 Savitha, Shilpa, Prema Kumari, Raghavendra, Munikrishna

Students : 10, (Names to be added by teachers please 🙏)

Kickoff session - Covered basics of safty check of bike parts including brakes. Mounting, dismounting and bit of static balancing. Since there was only 1 medium cycle available, we could teach a bit of scooting to only two of the taller students.

Thanks to Head Mistress Ma'am Manjula and ma'am Tejatha of DULT for smooth conduct .

PS: We also celebrated birthday of a little angel girl, I forget her name ! each of us got an Eclair chocolate!

We welcome all cyclists from various parts of  Bengaluru to be part of this initiative. BBS will provide help to become safe trainers, at Cubbon Park on Sunday mornings. Let us know if you are interested
