Shimano MTB and Road shoes for sale - Size 45

Shimano 105 road shoes - Carbon. Got them a little more than a year ago. Size 45. Only now realized [duh] that they are too large, and I better fit a 44. Mainly my 'good' shoes, so worn on Sunday rides mainly. Carbon soles are in great condition as are the uppers. Shoes look great. Landed cost to me was about 8K, selling for about 4K. Same colour combo as in the review below.

Shimano M122 SPD Shoes. Again a year and a half or maybe a bit more, but worn for 3 tours only. Never [well few days] used in Bangalore, so totally about 50 days of riding. Again in fantastic condition. Can't remember landed cost but I paid 93 dollars plus shipping and maybe customs [not sure], and I'd sell for about 3K. Again size 45.

Prefer selling locally so that buyer can see, inspect and try for size. Both pairs are in great condition.

Here are the pics. Cleats show some wear [old cleats transferred from my previous shoes] but soles are perfect. Re thinking, I'm OK with say 3K for the road shoes, but the MTB shoes will stay at 3K [had originally posted as 4K for road and 3K for MTB]. They are in superb condition. MTB shoes have been ridden only on tour, so very few days. Both are 45.
