Is the plan to get hoptown in bulk still on?
Decathalon didnt have stock this weekend. I am not sure about RR.
Where else can I try to get it?

I think not. The prices have increased. On top of that, I believe that
Decathlon's stock is stuck at customs. Dahon Eco 3 was available at RR
Cycles for about 14.5.
