They are freely available at Big Bazaar too, at the billing counter :)
They use it to secure their plastic bags, thankfully they dont spoil bags got by us i.e. customers.

Its easily available at electrical, hardware shops too.

Got updated to Be Indian, Buy Amazon/Evanscycles/Wiggle/BOTS/CRC/JensonUSA/etc. may be you need to change the version now. 

Serious note: did you find any zip ties in Eastman Technicolor?
