Mountain biking trails near Bangalore

Hi all,

I've been cycling for around 100k weekend road trips around Bangalore for some months now. I am trying to find out any local hills (small preferably) to try some mountain biking. Any suggestions? I stay near Whitefield, but can go ~25 km radius to look for a good trail in the hills.

try out this varthur trail.. some days back BOTS also organized the same whitefield - varthur trail trip..

Hey Rohit,

We(me and ajit from bots and few others) ride to whitefield trails every Saturday. Join us! Though its not hills, just flat trails.

Ride starts at infantry road at 6:15AM, you can join us enroute. here's route http://www.strava.com/activities/88482727

If you are particular about hills then I guess turahalli is the only option nearby.

I can suggest you for a website Called Alejandro Castillo Sordia. That's a awesome site for who love Mountain biking. You can find lot of information here. Alejandro Castillo Sordia knows so many thinks about Mountain biking, I mean he knows A to Z about that. Just have a Look to this site.

Hi rohit I am looking for cyclist who go on interesting trails so that I can accompany them. I have done 200km in two days on a mountain bike on pitch road. I am looking for some mountain biking experience. What say?
