Hercules ACT 110 review

Hi,
I want a bike to commute daily to my office (6 KM round trip).
I have done some research and I find ACT 110 hybrid most suitable to
my requirements and budget.
I have read ACT 110 reviews in this group and they are mostly
positive.
But I would like to know if ACT 110 will be suitable for me or should
I upgrade to some Schwinn hybrid or even schwinn frontier.
Comfort and Ease of riding are my top priorities.

positive reviews for ACT 110?.. surely you would have about the saddle
falling off issues and the crank arm breaking while riding..
in case the 2012 edition has improved QA then go for it by all means..
havent seen many reviews though..

They have sorted out the saddle issue in the new model.

Trust me schwinn(imported) is far better than ACT 110(Indian). Upgrade without thinking or hesitation.

If your budget is around 12K, you can surely go for ACT 110 as it is
best suited for your purpose.
I have also taken ACT 110 on 1st of this month and i found it really
good and suitable for my need. Plus the good looks and the attention
form onlookers.

What is the major difference between act 110, ACT 110s, ACT 110plus
I believe 110s and 110 PLUS are out of production now
