In India you cant get a UCI license. You can only get one from the
CFI, Cycling Federation of India, this is however accepted by the UCI,
but our federation is in a bit of a mess right now!
If you absolutely want a UCI one, you can get in touch with the head
quarters in Switzerland, they have a rule that if your home country
does not provide a racing license within a month of submitting the
documents, they will issue it directly, but its pricy, 200+ Euros I
think.
Thinking of doing the Tour de France?

If you really want a license you can get a BBCh license lol :)

Its much more reasonable.
