A real summary of tonight's call!

Ok guys, despite technical problems, gmail glitches, industrial espionage from Gregoire and co I think we came to some agreements on the following...

Stephen is the man in charge of the personal report... some deadlines:

- all to give feedback on structure and content to Stephen by end of day tomorrow

- Stephen to send us a draft Sunday morning

NB I will be in Paris as of Saturday night with limited access to email so if there's any chance you can get me a draft for review before then I would be very grateful!

The Case Study - we take Celia's comments on board and agree that it is hard to write a consistent piece as four people. We also agree that content is there it just needs re-structuring, formatting etc.. We like Venkat as the main protagonist (start and end with Venkat) and use Vijay and  operations manager (name? anyone remember the name?!) to put character to some of the elements (incresae fundraising, hub & spoke ...) and also highlight the internal cultural shift within organisation from the devotee to the professional.

Fiona in charge of structure and style

Safeya in charge of quotes and depth

Rutger is the main man on teaching notes

Pierre is in charge of graphs and tables

First draft to be submitted to all (with all elements) by Thursday evening!

Safeya... what I need from you if possible: some good quotes, some background on the "characters". Let's try and talk tomorrow if possible (during the day, early would be best for me) and again on Wednesday.

Rutger - we will let you know what we are taking out and keeping in so you can adapt teaching notes as required.

Pierre - if you send me the graphs I'll incorporate into the document

All - again I have to highlight my disappearing act Saturday night - if we get a draft out Thursday would be very helpful if you can give feedback by Saturday lunchtime. Rutger, Pierre and I can put finishing touches on the document at lunchtime perhaps on the Saturday otherwise I will hand over to someone else for final edit and submission.

Hope that works for all - I have just watched Spring Breakers with a large glass of wine and feeling very disturbed by the whole thing. I recommend that you do not watch that film - ever.

yes we can go over the document during lunch on Saturday and then depending on where we are someone might have to do final touches on Sunday..I can work on it Saturday night but will have to spend time with the family on Sunday as I haven't seen them all week due to traveling...just a heads up..

Fiona, yes whatever you take out based on Celia's feedback just put it in a separate doc and send it to me. I will then put that into the teaching notes. In terms of logistics that means I probably can't start till you are more or less then which is okay, I've got time Thursday but would ideally have something to work with by Thursday 14.00 so I can work on it on the plane and at night. Even if you're not completely done anything you can share at that point would be great. Also have some time tomorrow night so if you have material that you've axed before Thursday just send it over.
