How can I update my email address? My email address has changed since I purchased my license, and I am unable to re-register the program with the new address.

According to the End User License Agreement of Bandizip, the email address which your license is bound to cannot be fixed or changed.
Even if you have lost access to the old email address, you can always activate the app by entering the same address and product key just as specified in your license. Please make a backup of the license and keep it secret and safe.
