Can Bandizip Pro licenses be managed online?

如果我在重装操作系统前忘记卸载 Bandizip 或手动反注册，是否就永久失去了一个授权数量？  

有其他的在线的管理系统可以回收已经分发的许可吗？比如类似于 Typora 的 Offline-Activation 方式。
