We tested Bandizip on several different devices but could not reproduce the issue you reported here.
The size and position of the app's window are stored in the following registry value:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Bandizip
wnd_b
wnd_l
wnd_r
wnd_t

Please resize the window again, close the app, and then check whether these registry values change accordingly.
