wrong with empty encrypted archive

通过7z.exe的命令行可以创建空密码的加密压缩包，但是Bandizip打开加密压缩包必须输入非空密码，破解密码也不会检测空密码的情况。

Through the command line of 7z.exe, you can create an encrypted archive with an empty password, but when Bandizip opens the encrypted archive, you must enter a non-empty password, and cracking the password will not detect the empty password.

command line: 

7z.exe a test.zip test.txt -p""

Thank you for your bug report. I was surprised that 7z allows an empty password. :p
