안녕하세요. 반디집 개발자입니다.

해당 오류 메시지는 반디집이 아닌 OS 에서 발생하는 오류 메시지이며,

바탕화면에 파일을 생성할 수 없을 때 발생합니다.

일반적으로는 이런 오류가 발생할 수 없기 때문에 시스템에 설치된 보안 프로그램이 파일의 생성을 차단하거나 

하드디크스의 손상등이 발생한것이 아닌가 추측되므로 다른 문제점을 확인해 보시기 바랍니다.
