프로페셔널인데 암호 복구 기능이 4자리로 제한됩니다

프로페셔널 사용자입니다. 암호 복구 기능 사용시 4자리 암호까지만 복구 가능하다는 메시지와 함께 4자리 초과 암호에 대해 스캔하지 않습니다.

안녕하세요. 반디소프트입니다.

일반적인 경우는 알려주신것과 같은 문제가 발생하지 않으며,

설치된 반디집파일중 일부가 손상이 있을 경우 이런 문제가 발생할 수 있습니다.

먼저 다음과 같은 과정으로 프로그램을 재 설치해 보시기 바랍니다.

1) 프로그램 추가/제거 에서 반디집을 삭제합니다.

2) 재부팅후 C:\Program Files\Bandizip 폴더의 파일이 남아 있는지 확인 후 파일이 있을 경우 전부 삭제를 합니다.

3) 홈페이지에서 반디집 최신 버전을 다시 설치후 제품을 등록합니다.
