Unknown file format error with ISO?

I'm trying to extract an ISO file for a gamecube game, but it says it doesn't recognize the file format. I even checked the ISO box under file associations, but all that did was make the red "ISO" icon show up. Running Bandizip 7.13 on windows 10 64bit

Hell. I'm a developer of Bandizip.

I have checked an ISO file, and the file is not a standard ISO file.

I have found the following link, and they said the file is encrypted.
