Fake Bandizip Scam Websites (China Region)

I have discovered several fake Bandizip websites targeting users in China. These websites appear as ads in the top search results, engaging in fraudulent activities by unauthorized use of Bandizip's name, trademarks, and even webpage designs. (In China, where Google is largely inaccessible, search engines like Baidu, Sogou, and 360 are the most commonly used by the majority of people.)  Some people who are less familiar with the internet do fall victim to these scams.  These fraudulent sites provide false company information and immediately prompt users to make payments after they install the program. As a non-professional, I'm unaware of standard procedures for addressing such issues. My main intention is to provide this information to raise awareness of the situation. Below are some URLs I've identified. You may want to test them using the search engines I mentioned to verify their presence in search results.

Hello, this is Bandisoft.

We have recently received many reports that some scammers in China are posing as genuine distributors of Bandizip and causing financial harm to Chinese customers. We have already requested assistance from the Chinese authorities to address this issue.

Just as it is impossible to access Google for most Chinese people, however, our efforts to resolve the issue have not yielded any significant results due to the unique closed nature of the Chinese market.

We would like to appreciate your report anyhow, and we will explore further what we can do for now.

maybe you can make an announcement on your official website, which reminds users to be cautious of the fake websites. we can do nothing except this, because actually the associated governmental agency doesn't care about it at all. The selling of Bandizip won't benefit the government or bring it tax income.
