I'm not stupid,
I did check my SATA cable again and again.
This actually need unplug and reconnect physically to establish the HDD access.
Also I did make sure the SATA cable not too aged.
This just 9 Month, I swap them I face a looks alike incident, but that moment not clue this related to bandzip.
At this moment, I did use other compressor app and switch both cable end to another drive,.
Even perform a 2TB heavy read write over (10 Hours Chkdsk and back up drive data), All keep running fine.
Means my Hard disk has no IO issues.
Anyway, I need mention what whole incident happened
I did store a Zip file on Drive-B Partition 1 ,
I open the achieve, Drag the content to Drive-B Partition 2,
And then whole Drive-B were disconnected.
Drive-A is SATA SSD and where the Windows 10 are, the Temp folder was no issues.
Following are
what system report I received from my system.
In Channel System, Provider disk,
Event ID 51,
said "An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk3\DR3 during a paging operation."
Happened after 4 time
Got another event as Event ID 157,
"Disk 3 has been surprise removed."
In Chkdsk notes.
The app were mentioned no any care action need taken for my disk partition,
however, the note were log following report
"The USA check value, 0x0, at block 0x1 is incorrect." as 51 times.
Means my HDD has a minor low level damage. (This could cause by power loss and unwanted unplug.)
I may need to reformat my drive to restore health. (S.M.A.R.T. seem okay at the moment.)
Anyway, I would not take risk to reproduce the problem at the moment.
Due to I witness the drive disconnected, I thoughts this enough.
Also, the affected drive were stored important data for my life care and the hard disk price is raised sky high.
I cannot performs a premium solution.
