A problem like what you are experiencing now has never been reported to us and it is very hard to guess the cause of such a problem.

- First, restart your computer and try again.
- Please let us know if you are using Bandizip with any unusual configuration. For example, have you installed the application in a folder other than the Program Files folder?

Sorry that we cannot be of more assistance for now.

hello,thanks for your reply
1. i've tried unistall-restart-reinstall
2.installed with the default path "C:\Program Files\Bandizip\"
3.and i tried multi different zip files,still not work in menu like in gif,but can work after click “显示更多选项”and choose bandzip menu.

Hello. I'm a developer of Bandizip.


Thank you for your help.

I have added some test code to solve the problem. 

Please follow these steps and let me the result to find the problem. ^^


1) Install the test setup file and install it.

2) Download the debug tool and launch it.

3) Try again using Win11 menu.


In most cases, the result is as follows.

The "ret" value must be greater than 32. If not please let me the value.

Hello, this is Bandisoft.

Some issues have been reported with File Explorer in Windows 11 22H2. Open the Folder Options of File Explorer and disable the item "Launch folder windows in a separate process" to fix your problem.
