파일 압축 암호 설정불가

안녕하세요.

파일 압축시 암호를 넣고 확인을 눌렀는데도 암호가 설정되지 않습니다;;
여러번을 해도, 컴퓨터를 재부팅해도 안됩니다. 방법이 있을까요?

안녕하세요. 반디소프트입니다.

1) 반디집으로 압축을 하는 과정에서 암호를 설정하면 다음과 같이 "암호 설정" 버튼 옆에 자물쇠 이미지가 표시됩니다. 해당 표시가 있는지 확인해 보시기 바랍니다.

2) 암호가 걸린 파일을 열면 다음과 같이 파일명 옆에 * 표시가 표시됩니다. 해당 표시가 있는지 확인해 보시기 바랍니다.
