7.29버전부터 윈도우 비스타에 반디집 설치시 해당 오류를 띄우며 실행이 되지 않습니다.

알려주신대로 반디집은 더이상 Windows Vista 를 지원하지 않습니다.

Vista 용 설치파일이 필요하신 경우 https://www.bandisoft.com/bandizip/old/vista/ 에서 이전 버전을 다운로드 받으시기 바랍니다.
