macOS 13 Finder Extension

Even though I enable finder extension of bandizip, there is still nothing in the menu when I right click one file.

Hello, this is Bandisoft.

Please try deleting Bandizip, restart the system, and then reinstalling it.

Then, follow the instructions in the link below to set it up.

It works only in folders added to the access folder list after activating the Finder Extension.

If this does not solve the problem, download the system analysis tool from the link below, unzip and run it, then click the "Copy to clipboard" button to copy the contents,

This may be caused by new policy in macOS 13, actually I cannot see bandizip in finder extension even though I have followed the steps above

Based on what you sent, it seems that there is something wrong with installing from the App Store.

"Bandizip was installed properly."  should be displayed.

It seems that the Finder extension is not registered, probably because the installation did not go correctly.

In this case, it could be an App Store cache problem. Please refer to the help link below to uninstall Bandizip, reset the AppStore cache, restart and install again.

If this does not solve the problem, could you send us the "/Applications/Bandizip.app/Contents/_MASReceipt/receipt" file so we can analyze it?
