Reproduction steps

1. compress an app or dmg file, here I'll use dmg as an example.
2. transfer the compressed package to another computer and unzip it.
3. open dmg will directly prompt: resource busy; this problem occurs only on bandizip.
In fact, a few months ago, some software sharing site owners discovered a similar problem "bandizip causes file corruption".
I hope your company can troubleshoot some of it and fix it soon, the implications are very bad!

Hello, this is Bandisoft.

Although we tested it under various conditions, we were unable to reproduce the problem.

Would you please check that the problem occurs when you compress the DMG file and decompress it right on that computer?

If the problem did not occur on that computer, but the problem occurred after transferring to another computer, it is supposed to be broken during the transfer.

An external storage device such as USB is used, there is a possibility that the file may be damaged when transferring the file.

Please refer to the help related to data corruption.

Otherwise, if you have a problem even when you compress the DMG file and decompress it on that computer,

Please send us the original file and the compressed file, then we will analyze it to find the problem.

Best Regards,
