Completely uninstall Bandizip, restart, reinstall Bandizip from the App Store, activate it with BandizipHelper, and then follow the instructions in the following link to set it up again.

The right-click menu is not displayed in the cloud sync folder due to macOS policy.
If reinstalling the app does not solve the problem, download the system analyzer tool from the link below, unzip and run it, then click the "Copy to clipboard" button to copy the contents, and paste it into an email and send it to us so we can check if there are any problems.
